about me

For those who don’t know me yet: I’m Marta Lambin — passionate about feminine self-care and driven by an energy that’s been with me for as long as I can remember.

Since I was a child, sports have been a part of who I am. Movement is where I find balance, where I channel the overflowing energy within me, and at the same time, recharge my mind. Physical fatigue brings me inner peace, clarity, and a deep sense of alignment with myself.

But there came a moment in my life when I realized something was missing: caring for myself more completely. I felt an urgent need to prioritize myself, to create space for me, to treat myself with intention. I understood that only when I place myself at the center of my life can I truly be present for others.

Today, self-care is not just a gesture — it’s a daily choice. A way to stay grounded, strong, and connected to who I am. And it’s that transformation that inspires me to share, to guide, and to help other women walk the same path — with lightness, awareness, and power.

In the last few years

There came a moment when I intensely felt the need to reconnect with myself — with my deepest, truest self.
I began to notice patterns that challenged me and to acknowledge the anxiety that, by nature, had always lived within me. In moments of heightened stress, that anxiety would create scenarios — complete stories — that never actually happened… but in that moment, felt absolutely real. And that inner dynamic started to interfere with my decisions, my actions — pulling me away from the balance I was so deeply seeking.

That’s when I realized: it’s urgent to pause, to listen, and to care.
It’s urgent to make time to truly get to know ourselves, to discover what nourishes us, what makes us smile, what brings us back to our essence.

Living in the present, with awareness, is the most direct path back to our center.
When we place ourselves at the center of our own life, we stop being spectators — and become the main characters. And that changes everything.

Self-care is not selfish — it’s clarity, it’s respect, it’s strength.
It is the deepest act of commitment to the life we want to live. 🌿

facial workouts

On my journey of self-discovery, I came across facial workout: and it was love at first practice.

This natural rejuvenation method won me over with its powerful simplicity:
through mindful movements, I brought new life to my face, rediscovered glow, texture, and a younger, healthier appearance.
I finally felt complete.

But facial training goes far beyond aesthetics.
It’s presence. It’s balance. It’s a reconnection with who we are.

Working on the face also means toning facial muscles, activating circulation, promoting firmness, and preventing sagging.
It helps correct asymmetries, soften wrinkles, and relax overloaded areas like the forehead, jaw, or neck.
It’s effective in recovery processes after injuries, paralysis, or surgeries — a true therapeutic and functional ally.
And above all, it’s a natural and conscious way to care for your well-being and age with grace and control.

Inspired by this transformation, I dove deep into the knowledge, embraced new habits, and rebuilt my self-esteem with strength and softness.

That’s how Facefitness was born — from a genuine desire to share this journey with you.
I want to help you awaken the power that lives in your face, care for yourself with intention, and age with authenticity, vitality, and wholeness.

Facial training is much more than a beauty practice — it’s a path of conscious self-care that honors time and celebrates authenticity.
In a natural and holistic way, it awakens the face to new vitality, helping us move through the years with lightness, radiance, and health.

It’s a process of self-discovery, where we learn to value every feature, to listen to our reflection with more kindness, and to gain the confidence to show up fully — with security, courage, and truth.

In this training, it’s not just the face that’s worked — we also strengthen the mind, focus, and presence.
It’s a transformation from the inside out, one that makes us calmer, more aware, and stronger for everything life brings our way.

The face is the mirror of emotions.
Every smile, every tear, every change leaves its mark — and these often-forgotten muscles carry the weight of how we express ourselves in the world.
Through facial training, we tone, release tension, and rejuvenate.
We reshape the skin, the gaze, and the way we feel about ourselves.

If we care for the body to keep it strong and healthy...
why not give our face the same well-deserved attention?

Swimming and aqua fitness

Swimming entered my life back in primary school, in a small pool near home where I learned the basics. But I quickly realized the basics weren’t enough — I wanted to fly in the water. I wanted to master the butterfly stroke, break records, and see my name on the honor board!

That drive to go further led me to switch to a new swim school — one that had real competitions, an honor board, and goals worth chasing. After an evaluation, I was placed in the advanced group… and my life changed. I discovered the adrenaline of competition, the thrill of pushing past my own limits, and the value of every achievement. My coach played a key role: he taught me that nothing happens without effort, dedication, and consistent hard work.

It was in the advanced group that I truly dove into technique, learned how to compete, and discovered something even bigger — the desire to share what I had learned. My passion grew so strong that I decided to train as a swimming instructor — so I too could help transform other people’s journeys in the water.

It’s deeply rewarding to witness my students’ progress and see the joy on their faces with every milestone. I’ve had the privilege of teaching all age groups — from 6-month-old babies to seniors — and at every stage, I discover new forms of connection, resilience, and celebration.

Although I already had training in water aerobics, it was only a few years ago that I truly embraced the practice when I started teaching classes. When the invitation came, I hesitated… but I said yes. Little did I know that this “yes” would mark the beginning of a passion that would transform my life.

It was with my students that I learned and grew the most. Their honest and generous feedback helped me fine-tune every detail of the classes, creating a special connection between us. From that constant exchange, a unique energy was born — and the results soon spoke for themselves.

I kept researching, experimenting, and refining the classes over time — and today I can proudly say: they’re demanding.
Regardless of age, my students come in determined to work hard. The compliments I receive warm my heart:
“My waist has slimmed down.”
“I’ve strengthened my abs.”
“My arms feel firmer.”
“I can finally tie my shoes on my own!”
They leave class with that satisfying feeling of a mission accomplished — tired bodies, light minds, and wide smiles.

In the water, movements become lighter, but no less challenging. We strengthen muscles, improve posture, activate circulation, and release built-up tension — all with minimal impact on the joints. The body works deeply, and the mind relaxes through the fluidity of the exercises.
By the end of each class, tired faces are common… but so are joy, lightness, and a special sparkle in the eyes.

The more challenging the class — for them and for me — the greater the joy we all feel at the end. And I always finish with a full heart!

"True fitness is when challenge builds strength, progress fuels your spirit, and tired muscles bring emotional peace."

When I paired body training with facial care, something shifted — self-love bloomed.
I found myself. Now I am whole!
